Enquiries and conversations

When you choose to write to me, your name, email address, business details and message are used to reply, prepare a quote or provide the free report you requested. The basis is taking steps at your request before a contract or the legitimate interest in answering a professional enquiry.

Forms send your request directly to the private Élan Stratégique dashboard. Only the site owner can view and organise these requests. No email is sent automatically when a request is submitted.

WhatsApp and external services

The WhatsApp button opens a Meta service only when you click it. WhatsApp then processes your messages under its own rules. You can choose email instead. Links to other websites may have their own privacy rules.

Hosting, storage and tracking

The host may process technical information needed to serve and secure the site, including your IP address and access logs. The site stores your language choice in your browser’s local storage so it can show the right language next time.

This site’s code does not set advertising trackers or use audience analytics. A marketing-cookie consent banner is not needed for the language preference alone.

Recipients and retention

Joseph Chakma can access messages you send. The email provider, host and, if you choose it, WhatsApp process data for their respective services. An enquiry that does not lead to a project is kept for no more than three years after the last exchange; records for a completed service are kept for applicable legal periods.

Dashboard data and photos are stored on IONOS hosting. Providers process information under their agreements and safeguards.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and restriction or objection where those rights apply. Write to studio@elanstrategique.fr. You may also complain to the French data protection authority (cnil.fr) if you believe your rights have not been respected.

Private login

The dashboard uses a session cookie strictly necessary for authentication and security. It expires with the browser session; inactivity requires a new login.
